How Refunds Are Calculated
Publications downloaded from site after purchase
Customers are not entitled to a refund once they have downloaded a guide, but there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems where the customer is not getting the service they believed they signed up for. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the BAMA Secretariat. We advise customers to read the product descriptions before purchasing guides from our website and if you are unsure which product you need please call +44 207 828 5111
Hard-copy items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your costs of returning it to us.
BAMA will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Refund Policy – Events
Please check the latest cancellation date for each individual event being booked as no refunds will be granted after the specified date. Bookings cancelled before the specified date will be refunded in full.
