European Aerosol Federation
BAMA is a member of the FEA (Fédération Européenne des Aérosols or European Aerosol Federation) which was founded in 1959, based in Brussels. Today it represents 19 European countries which include 575 companies active in the aerosol industry. These range from multi-national corporations to SMEs. FEA has also corresponding members worldwide.
The European aerosol industry is committed to:
- operating to high standards of consumer and industrial safety
- taking responsible action to minimise impact on the environment
- fostering innovation and enhanced product performance across a broad range of products in the global competitive environment in which it operates.
The BAMA Secretariat and many committee members are actively involved in FEA Committees, working in many areas to develop the aerosol sector in the 21st century.
